Luke Howard is a designer and screen printer under the name Snow Cat Press. (Very talented guy be sure to check out his work!) Luke came to me last week asking for what he called an “interesting” portrait for an artist statement photo needed for some art work he is doing for a local art magazine and for an art show up in Michigan. He left the rest up to me.  My mind starting turning. Magic? Rad Animals? Instead, I decided to do an underground basement poker game. My friends Richard and Matt stood in as extras and Matt help me come up with a storyline involving Luke concealing an old western poker gun and hiding an ace up his sleeve. It was fun shoot. Enjoy! On friday I had the pleasure of shooting Josh and Sarah Rhodes.  These two were a lot of fun to shoot. And are so Cute it kind-of hurts. (haha just playing)  They have been married for a little over a year and do a Design/Photo collaborative business together called “Team Rhodes”. They are good friends of mine and will be sad to see them move the start of next year.

Had the honor of shooting Joel & Lensey’s engagement photos last week. We shot at the “Patterson House” before they opened. Love these guys. Photos turned out pretty Rad.
